At FR Wonders, we are committed to delivering your organic produce fresh, safe, and on time. This Shipping Policy provides details on our delivery areas, charges, timelines, and packaging.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to:

  • Karimangalam and surrounding villages
  • Dharmapuri town and district
  • Select towns in northern Tamil Nadu

We are actively expanding our delivery network. If your area is not currently serviceable, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate your order.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 10:00 AM may be eligible for same-day delivery within Karimangalam and nearby areas, subject to availability.
  • Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 10:00 AM will generally be delivered the following day.
  • Extended Areas: Delivery to farther locations within the Dharmapuri district may take 1–2 additional days.

Note: Delivery timelines may be affected by weather, local holidays, or unexpected circumstances. We will notify you of any delays.

4. Packaging

We use eco-friendly, biodegradable packaging that keeps your produce fresh during transit. Our packaging is designed to minimise environmental impact while maintaining product quality. We avoid single-use plastics wherever possible.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification via WhatsApp or SMS with delivery details. For order status updates, please contact us with your order number.

6. Delivery Attempts

We make one delivery attempt per order. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, we will contact you to reschedule. If we are unable to reach you, the order may be cancelled and a refund will be processed after deducting any applicable delivery costs.

7. Perishable Products

Fresh fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, and herbs are highly perishable. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery and refrigerate products promptly upon receipt for maximum freshness.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please refer to our Refund Policy and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
