At FR Wonders, we take great pride in delivering the freshest organic produce to your door. We understand that with fresh and perishable products, issues can occasionally arise. This Refund and Return Policy outlines how we handle such situations fairly and promptly.
1. Our Quality Commitment
Every order is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch. We use sustainable, food-safe packaging to ensure your produce arrives in the best possible condition. However, the perishable nature of fresh produce means that claims must be raised promptly.
2. Eligible Reasons for Refund or Replacement
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- You received the wrong product(s)
- The product arrived in a damaged or spoiled condition
- The product was significantly below the described quality standard
- Your order was not delivered within the promised timeframe and you no longer require it
3. How to Raise a Claim
To raise a refund or replacement claim:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order (for fresh produce) or within 48 hours for other products.
- Share your order number and a clear photograph of the issue via WhatsApp or email (info@frwonders.com).
- Our team will review your claim within 24 hours and respond with a resolution.
4. Resolution Options
Depending on the nature of the issue, we will offer one of the following:
- Replacement: We will deliver the correct or fresh product at no additional cost in the next available delivery slot.
- Store Credit: Credit added to your account for use on future orders.
- Full Refund: Processed within 5β7 business days to your original payment method via Razorpay.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be issued in the following cases:
- Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery (for perishable items)
- Products that have been consumed, used, or altered
- Dissatisfaction due to personal taste preferences
- Minor natural variations in colour, size, shape, or texture that are inherent to organic produce
- Orders where incorrect delivery address was provided by the customer
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund.
- After 2 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order is already being processed or packed.
- Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
- To cancel an order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order number.
7. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5β7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
